2.Principle of waste gas treatment: there are 2 exhaust gas outlet pipes above the high churn cover, one of which is installed with a 2 "and a half electromagnetic check valve; A 2 1/2 inch common check valve is installed at the other pipe opening. Their roles are: 1. The function of the solenoid check valve is: 1 second before the feed gate valve is opened, the solenoid check valve automatically opens, the organic gas in the high mixing body is sucked away, the feed is completed, the feed gate valve is closed, and the electromagnetic check valve is also closed.No action at other times. II. The function of the ordinary check valve is: when there is waste gas in the high stirring body and reaches the set value, the check valve automatically opens, and the organic waste gas in the high stirring enters the electric heating organic waste gas thermal incineration device through the pipeline, condensing evaporator. The internal setting temperature of the device is 700ºC; Organic combustible waste gas decomposes and burns at high temperature. Finally, it is discharged into the atmosphere through the centrifugal extraction fan. The gas processed by the device is odorless and smoke-free. III. The transition tank and cooling tank are each equipped with a 2 "and a half ordinary check valve, and their principle of action is the same as the check valve on the high churn and transition tank.
